Orders are usually shipped via ELTA Courier on the same or the next business day, provided the products are immediately available. For made-to-order products, the shipping timeframe is specified on each product page. Orders combining in-stock items with made-to-order items are processed once all products are available—unless otherwise requested, which may incur additional shipping costs.
Shipping costs via ELTA Courier are €3 for packages up to 2 kg throughout Greece. An additional charge of €1 applies for each extra kilogram.
Orders containing handmade, made-to-order products are prepared and shipped following full payment (via credit/debit card or bank transfer) or upon receipt of a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% balance may be paid via bank transfer once the customer is notified that the order is ready and prior to shipment.
